Job summary

Uptown Cheapskate Winston Salem is seeking motivated team members to support customers, price incoming items, and merchandise the store. You will presort clothing, run sales at the register, and help post content on social media to drive traffic.

This role offers part-time or full-time opportunities, with flexible scheduling and advancement potential across SRG's network. Benefits include health coverage and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Availability for a minimum of 2 shifts per week, including some weekends.
• Interest in fashion and helping customers find great deals.
• Ability to learn store systems and price incoming items.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with a friendly, helpful attitude and maintain store vibe.
• Presort incoming clothing, shoes, and accessories from vendors.
• Use our computer system to buy in and price items.
• Organize racks, tag and hang clothing for display.
• Ring up customers and explain selling process.
• Create social posts to promote items and events.
• Merchandise items to keep the store visually appealing.
• Handle opening/closing tasks and nightly reports.

We’re looking for part time and full time Key Holders to join the team at our Uptown Cheapskate Winston Salem location. Must be available to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week, including some weekends.

• Be helpful and nice to our customers - our store vibe is everything
• Presort incoming clothes, shoes, and accessories brought in from vendors (people from the community who want to sell to us)
• Use our computer system to buy in and price incoming items
• Organize racks, tag and hang up clothing
• Ring out customers on the register and teach them how to sell to us
• Help make posts on our social media pages
• Merchandise! Organize clothing, handbags, and shoes, make the store look pretty!
• Opening and closing tasks (closing down systems, nightly reports, opening/closing tills)
