Job summary

Uptown Cheapskate Langhorne is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager to join our store team. Leadership experience is valued, and you will help lead daily operations, improve store performance, and mentor colleagues within our Langhorne location.

The role emphasizes customer service, inventory management, and community engagement. Our network offers growth within nearly 30 stores and a strong support structure.

• Merchandise! Organize clothing, handbags, and shoes, make the store look pretty.
• Opening and closing tasks (tills, reports).
• Inventory management and back stock transport.
• Assist Store Manager in leading the team.

Store Location: 1323 E Lincoln Hwy Langhorne PA19056.

Responsibilities

• Be helpful and nice to our customers - our store vibe is everything
• Presort incoming clothes, shoes, and accessories brought in from vendors (people from the community who want to sell to us)
• Use our computer system to buy in and price incoming items
• Organize racks, tag and hang up clothing
• Ring out customers on the register and teach them how to sell to us
• Help make posts on our social media pages
• Merchandise! Organize clothing, handbags, and shoes, make the store look pretty!
• Opening and closing tasks (closing down systems, nightly reports, opening/closing tills)
• Inventory management - transporting back stock bins to and from storage unit using a company box truck
• Assist Store Manager in leading the team
