Job summary

Kid To Kid State College is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, mentor team members, and deliver outstanding customer service at 522 E College Ave State College PA16801.

You will partner with the Store Manager to manage opening/closing, training, inventory, and merchandising while promoting growth within our network of Uptown Cheapskate stores.

Responsibilities

• Be helpful and nice to our customers - our store vibe is everything
• Presort incoming clothes, shoes, and accessories from vendors
• Use our computer system to buy in and price items
• Organize racks, tag and hang clothing
• Ring out customers on the register and teach them how to sell to us
• Help make posts on our social media pages
• Merchandise and keep the store looking appealing
• Opening and closing tasks, nightly reports, tills
• Inventory management and restocking with a company truck
• Assist Store Manager in leading the team

We’re looking for a full time Assistant Manager to join the team at our Uptown Cheapskate State College location. Store Location: 522 E College Ave State College PA16801.

• Use our computer system to buy in and price incoming items
• Organize racks, tag and hang up clothing
• Ring out customers on the register and teach them how to sell to us
• Help make posts on our social media pages
• Merchandise! Organize clothing, handbags, and shoes, make the store look pretty!
• Opening and closing tasks (closing down systems, nightly reports, opening/closing tills)
• Inventory management - transporting back stock bins to and from storage unit using a company box truck
• Assist Store Manager in leading the team
