Job summary

Diageo is seeking an Electromechanical Reliability Technician to support 24/7 operations at our Hope Hull, AL site. You will blend maintenance data, preventive routines, and continuous improvement to deliver safer, more reliable production.

You will execute PPM, document in SAP, coach operators, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate asset care and respond to issues with timely root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance with strong electromechanical capability.
• Numerical/verbal reasoning and solid digital fluency.
• Continuous improvement orientation and robust problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven, dependable teammate with the courage to challenge non-adherence.
• Positive, flexible response to change; proactive in surfacing issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead with safety and maintain 5S-aligned workplace standards.
• Plan and execute all assigned PPM at the required cadence, document in SAP, participate in SIC.
• Fix the root causes using 5 Whys, RCPS, and weekly RCM reviews.
• Coach operators in autonomous maintenance and setup optimization; collaborate with TLS and cross-functional partners to grow asset care capability.
• Improve MMS principles, contribute to MMS ITFs and attend Tier 1 meetings with clear follow-through.
• Enable growth by supporting capital installation, commissioning, and testing; manage personal information in Workday.
