Job summary

Tageos in Fletcher, NC is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support production uptime. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment and lead PM tasks, documenting actions and histories.

You will coordinate across shifts, contribute to continuous improvement, and ensure accurate records while helping meet aggressive production goals. This full-time role includes night and weekend shifts with a weekend bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of production equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and maintain PM schedules.
• Strong communication across shifts and departments.
• Meticulous documentation of actions and history.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment.
• Performing scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) tasks.
• Responding urgently to equipment downtime and documenting corrective actions.
• Communicating across shifts and departments to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records, equipment histories, and documentation.
• Supporting continuous improvement, shop organization, and team accountability to meet production goals.
