Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Vaccine Manufacturing Manager for the influenza bulk drug substance upstream on 2nd shift in Swiftwater, PA. You will lead manufacturing operations, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and uphold GMP and QA standards on the shop floor.

Your role involves driving continuous improvement, managing CAPAs, and ensuring timely batch record completion while mentoring staff and maintaining production KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in Quality, Production, manufacturing operations or related fields.
• Associates degree with 7+ years in Quality, Production, manufacturing operations or related fields.
• High School degree with 10+ years in Quality, Production, manufacturing operations or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines and coordinate with teams.
• Communicate issues and progress across all levels of the organization.
• Resolve QA shop floor observations to maintain product quality.
