• Ability to navigate HMI control systems on automated manufacturing equipment.
• Strong verbal and written skills; ability to work in a team.
• Availability to work shifts to cover a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate, clean, and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
• Weigh raw materials per batch records to ensure proper formulation.
• Ensure operations comply with SOPs and GMPs; complete documentation.
• Stock components, materials, and supplies prior to production start.
• Complete batch records, cleaning records, and labels accurately.
• Participate in troubleshooting and escalation of issues.
• Support non-conformance resolution and follow safety policies.
