Pharmavite is hiring a Marketing Manager, Innovation Strategy to shape Nature Made's upstream pipeline and multi-year roadmap. You will translate consumer, market, and scientific insights into structured initiatives across teams, and contribute to white space opportunities and new business models.

Leading cross-functionally, you’ll manage the innovation process, optimize speed and consumer focus, and build compelling business cases with strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree; MBA preferred.
• 4+ years post-MBA or 7+ years post-college experience.
• Experience in consumer health, wellness, or CPG innovation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and build business cases.

Responsibilities

• Upstream Innovation roadmap: translate opportunities into multi-year workstreams with clear timelines.
• White space business case development: build value propositions and go-to-market considerations.
• Portfolio Management: develop templates and mechanisms for prioritization and alignment.
• Innovation Process: manage calendars and improve cross-functional collaboration and agility.
• Market analysis and insights: inform strategy with consumer needs and competitive data.
• Cross-functional leadership: liaise with Marketing, Nutrition Science, R&D, Regulatory, Legal, Finance.
