The incumbent will work to analyze the business, deliver market insights, and support launches and budgeting. This position offers opportunities to influence key decisions and contribute to the company’s growth in a dynamic consumer health portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience; graduate education may count toward the 3-year requirement.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence across audiences and teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist brand leaders in driving business performance and executing strategy and tactics.
• Analyze the business and identify key drivers; provide market insights.
• Deliver market analysis and actionable recommendations to grow sales and margin.
• Lead cross-functional teams to launch innovations within 9 months.
• Support annual operating plans and marketing budgets; aid product packaging updates.
