Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with a focus on financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Experience in public accounting, ideally serving upstream oil and gas clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Lead bank compliance reporting, including debt covenant tracking and investor updates.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
