Texas Capital seeks an Energy Corporate Banking Analyst III to deliver high‑quality financial modeling and underwriting support in the Upstream/E&P coverage area. You will work with Associates, VPs, and Senior Bankers on financing, structuring and execution for RBLs, term loans, and capital markets opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Energy Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
• 2.5–3.5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Energy Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, or Private Credit.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, comparable analysis, borrowing base, A&D) and Excel-based analytics.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills; ability to work in a team under deadlines.
• Deep knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; familiarity with Salesforce or CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client materials and presentations for meetings, discussions, committees, and capital markets interactions.
• Support underwriting and execution of financing and strategic ideas across RBLs, term loans, and capital markets opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models and conducts analyses for diligence and portfolio monitoring.
• Collaborate with risk, engineering, capital markets, and treasury teams to ensure efficient transaction execution.
• Monitor covenant tracking, borrowing base variance, and performance trends across the portfolio.
