Job summary

Avid Bioservices is seeking a Manufacturing Associate Upstream to contribute to cGMP cell culture production in a multi-product facility. You will perform manufacturing tasks, document batch records, and support equipment service and calibrations to ensure on-time release of high-quality biologics.

Responsibilities include operating Wave and 100L–2000L bioreactors, maintaining aseptic techniques, supporting 5S and safety initiatives, and collaborating with Facilities, MSAT, and Validation to

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience and/or training.
• 2+ years of industry experience working with mammalian cell culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily monitoring of equipment and maintain cell culture bioreactors.
• Maintain cleanroom facility and cGMP documentation.
• Prepare media and buffers; perform aseptic filling.
• Collaborate with Facilities (FAC), MSAT, and Validation to resolve deviations and maintain compliance.
