Job summary

Catalent’s Madison, Wisconsin site is a state‑of‑the‑art biologics development and manufacturing facility. The Process Engineer – Manufacturing Sciences & Technology, Upstream Technology Transfer, will support tech transfer and process readiness for biologics manufacturing, collaborating with Process Development and external clients, and ensuring GMP compliance.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, site-based in Madison, WI.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience and cross-functional training.
• Experience authoring technical documentation and SOPs with data analysis.
• Hands-on GMP experience, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Manufacturing for facility fit, equipment alignment, and tech transfer of biologic processes.
• Evaluate process and equipment improvements to support tech transfer.
• Execute work plans and data generation/entry with supervision.
• Perform engineering calculations to support development, tech transfer, and GMP programs.
• Draft and review development reports, transfer reports, BPRs, specs, and summaries.
• Lead technical reviews of lab and engineering documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
