Job summary

Catalent is seeking a Process Engineer - Manufacturing Sciences & Technology, Upstream Technology Transfer in Madison, WI. You will drive technology transfer, support process readiness for biologics manufacturing, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure successful scale-up and GMP compliance.

The role offers a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule with onsite work and opportunities to contribute to innovations in a fast-paced biopharma setting at a leading global biologics network.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in STEM with 6+ years of related experience or Bachelors/Masters with 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience in mRNA product development, mRNA manufacturing, protein therapeutics manufacturing, and late-stage/commercial manufacturing.
• Experience authoring and reviewing technical documents with statistical data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Manufacturing and lead technology transfer of biologic processes.
• Evaluate process improvements and support tech transfer for internal and external programs.
• Draft and review development reports, transfer reports, and batch production records.
