Blanchard Machinery Company seeks a General Sales Manager to lead the Upstate sales team in SC, covering Greenville, Spartanburg, Seneca and Simpsonville for Caterpillar and allied products.

You will drive revenue growth, manage forecasts and gross margins, and develop a high-performance culture by hiring, training and coaching sales professionals, while cultivating executive-level client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in direct sales and business development in heavy equipment.
• Strategic thinker with proven revenue and market-share growth experience.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Upstate sales team across Greenville, Spartanburg, Seneca and Simpsonville.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue, gross profit and market share.
• Forecast sales, manage P&L and forecast accuracy, oversee budgeting and expense control.
• Maintain CRM and lead generation efforts; build executive-level client relationships.
