Job summary

Workstream is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our upscale Tex-Mex restaurant in Columbia, MD. As a Bartender, you'll craft cocktails, provide exceptional guest service, and be a key part of our dynamic team. Candidates must have at least 1 year of bartending experience, strong knowledge of mixology, and be able to work evenings and weekends. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
• Current alcohol and food certifications as per state requirements.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish with the crew.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership.
• Physical stamina to work in a restaurant environment.
