Qualifications

• Six months of food and beverage service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
• Must be able to lift and carry trays weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any required licenses or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Receive and serve food and beverage orders from guests.
• Greet and communicate with guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Receive and process food and beverage orders using a computerized system.
• Retrieve prepared orders from the kitchen and deliver to guests.
• Carry and balance trays and push carts through dining room.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
• Present checks and collect payments as needed.
