Qualifications

• Experience in high volume, upscale casual dining or an equivalent service environment preferred.
• Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours).
• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs (e.g., menus, high chairs, booster seats).
• Clear verbal communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a busy environment.
• Ability to remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Manage the reservation system and seat guests efficiently to maintain proper flow.
• Provide accurate wait times and communicate with guests regarding table availability.
• Answer guest inquiries and assist in making their dining experience exceptional.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth guest transitions and a high level of service.
