Job summary

Kohler Co. in Kohler, WI is seeking a part-time server for weekends and weekdays, onsite at Whistling Straits. You will greet guests, take and enter orders, upsell menu items, deliver food and beverages, process payments, and ensure a welcoming dining experience.

This role requires Safe Serve certification and at least 2 years of server experience. The position offers flexible hours (10:00 am–10:00 pm) with tips and authorization to work in the US.

Qualifications

• Safe Serve Certified.
• 2 years previous experience as a server.

Responsibilities

• Inform guests about specials and menu changes.
• Upsell food and beverages to guests.
• Take and enter food and beverage orders into POS.
• Greet guests and present menus.
• Process payment transactions.
• Clear and reset tables; assist with cleaning.
• Answer guest questions and provide assistance.
• Coordinate with staff for smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Serve courses and beverages as ordered.
• Observe guest satisfaction and respond to requests.
