Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and proactively with a warm welcome
• Create a comfortable, relaxing and fun atmosphere
• Ensure proper portioning and recipe use for drinks and mixes
• Keep bar storage areas clean at all times and proper handling of glasses
• Stock all areas of the bar and follow proper rotating procedures
• Maintain knowledge of state liquor regulations, especially prohibitions on minors, intoxicated persons, and DWI
• Maintain stock, supplies, and cleanliness of bar and equipment
