Qualifications

• Experience as a Server in high-end, luxury dining preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and elevated service.
• Ability to discuss premium steaks and ingredients with guests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, polished, and attentive service throughout the guest experience.
• Welcome guests and create a positive first impression of Lucky Cat Steak.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and offerings.
• Develop strong knowledge of premium steaks, including Wagyu offerings.
• Explain robata cooking techniques and menu items in an engaging and knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain knowledge of wine, cocktails, and other beverages and make recommendations.
• Guide guests through the menu based on preferences and dietary needs.
• Take accurate orders and communicate clearly to kitchen and bar.
• Monitor timing and pacing of each table during service.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service.
• Maintain clean and polished presentation of tables and service stations.
• Collaborate with culinary, bar, host, and management teams for seamless service.
• Handle questions, concerns, and special requests professionally.
• Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation procedures.
