Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global is recruiting a Bartender to join the new Lucky Cat Steak - Miami concept. The venue is an Asian-inspired steakhouse in a high-end Miami setting, offering premium cocktails and a dynamic guest experience.

You will work behind a busy bar, delivering brand-standard beverages and engaging with guests in a refined, fast-paced environment. We seek engaging, knowledgeable bartenders with a passion for hospitality, excellent communication, and a team-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience within a premium, upscale, or high-volume hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of classic and innovative cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage trends/mixology.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve premium cocktails, wines, spirits, sake, and non-alcoholic beverages to brand standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and build genuine rapport with guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and confidently recommend menu pairings.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all licensing regulations.
• Support inventory management, stock rotation, and waste control.
• Work collaboratively with the bar and restaurant teams to deliver seamless service.
