Clarendale Arcadia, located in the Arcadia area of Phoenix, is seeking a Server to join our Culinary Services team. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving meals, and maintaining a welcoming dining atmosphere for residents. Prior food service experience and a Food Handlers Certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service operations and customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with serving standards and hospitality etiquette.
• Ability to work with seniors and provide compassionate service.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope serving functions in the community Culinary Services Department.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization per standards.
• Take orders, serve items, and assist with dish washing and table resets.
• Promote inviting dining atmosphere and handle dietary knowledge per policy.
