• 1+ year experience in high-volume upscale dining.
• Knowledgeable discussing food, wine, spirits, cocktails.

• Strong communicator with a polished professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with warmth and professionalism.
• Guide guests through the menu with detailed knowledge of dishes, beverages, and specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system efficiently.
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely, attentive manner.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with team members (bartenders, kitchen staff, server assistants) to ensure seamless service.
