RA SUSHI BAR RESTAURANT is seeking a server to join our high-energy team in Austin. This tipped role offers strong earning potential with total weekly earnings averaging up to $1,000 during peak periods, combining hourly wage and tips to reward performance.

As a server, you will greet guests, explain menu highlights, pair beverages, and deliver food with precision while maintaining an exceptional guest experience. Availability nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails.
• Ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Excellent communication and guest-first attitude.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience.
• Provide detailed knowledge of menu, specials, and beverages.
• Take orders and input into POS accurately.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly with presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns.
• Assist teammates to maintain smooth service.
• Handle payments and thank guests.
