• Will complete product knowledge quizzes.
• Desire to create memorable hospitality moments for guests.
• Passion for wine, beer, and craft cocktails; knowledge of serviceware and pairings.

• Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, ingredients, and dietary restrictions.
