Job summary

DELIZIE RISTORANTE in the United States is seeking an experienced Server to join our team. The Server is the face of our dining room, building rapport, answering menu questions, taking orders, and delivering food and drinks with attention to detail.

The ideal candidate has a friendly, outgoing personality, strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining hospitality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years serving experience in a full-service or upscale dining restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and dining etiquette.
• Familiarity with Italian cuisine and wine service preferred.
• Attentive, polished, and hospitable guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
• Experience using POS systems and processing guest transactions accurately.
• Memorize menus, ingredients, daily specials, and wine pairings.
• Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from customers.
• Answer questions about the menu and preparation.
• Provide accurate orders to the kitchen staff.
• Check with customers periodically during their meals to ensure they are satisfied.
• Take orders from customers for food and beverages.
• Provide customers with their checks at the end of the meal and process payment.
