The Wildbirch Hotel is seeking experienced servers to create memorable experiences for guests at Crimson in downtown Anchorage. We offer full- and part-time positions, banquet and on-call options, and a friendly team environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in upscale hotels or chef-driven restaurants, a personable and calm demeanor during busy periods, and an Alaska TAM alcohol server card (21+). Join us for a rewarding hospitality career with perks and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of serving experience in upscale, hotel or chef-driven restaurants.
• Genuine, personable and calm when the room is busy.
• Holds or can obtain an Alaska alcohol server education (TAM) card; 21+ to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and guide their full dining experience, from greeting to farewell.
• Make personal, knowledgeable recommendations on food, drinks and local favorites.
• Take accurate orders, confirm allergies and dietary needs, and communicate with kitchen and bar.
• Pace each course and check in thoughtfully so the experience feels attentive but relaxed.
• Handle checks and payments promptly and accurately.
• Complete opening and closing sidework and keep your section guest-ready.
• Work closely with bussers, runners, hosts and bartenders as one service team.
• Serve alcohol responsibly in line with Alaska ABC Board requirements.
