The Wildbirch Hotel in downtown Anchorage is seeking experienced servers to create memorable experiences for guests at Crimson. We offer full and part-time roles including banquet and on-call positions. You will greet guests, make recommendations, take accurate orders, confirm allergies, and communicate with the kitchen and bar.

You will pace courses, handle payments, and work as a team with bussers, runners, hosts and bartenders. Alaska ABC rules apply.

Formación

• 2+ years of serving experience in upscale hotel or chef-driven restaurants.
• Genuine, personable and calm when the room is busy.
• Holds or can obtain an Alaska TAM alcohol server card; 21+ to serve alcohol.

Responsabilidades

The Wildbirch Hotel, a JdV by Hyatt lifestyle property in downtown Anchorage, is looking for experienced servers who want to create memorable experiences for our guests at Crimson. We’re especially interested in locals who enjoy great hospitality and like sharing the best of Anchorage with travelers and neighbors alike. We offer full and part time positions as well as banquet and on call positions.

• Pace each course and check in thoughtfully so the experience feels attentive but relaxed
• Handle checks and payments promptly and accurately
• Complete opening and closing sidework and keep your section guest-ready
• Work closely with bussers, runners, hosts and bartenders as one service team
• Serve alcohol responsibly in line with Alaska ABC Board requirements

What we’re looking for
