Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in serving, bartending, or a combination of both roles required.
• Previous upscale, luxury, hotel, lifestyle, or high-volume restaurant experience strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of food service, cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to confidently perform both dining room and bar operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a naturally guest-focused approach.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance, polished presence, and commitment to elevated hospitality standards.
• Dependable, adaptable, team-oriented, and receptive to coaching and feedback.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely lift and carry items commonly required in restaurant and bar operations.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs require.
• TABC Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging, and attentive service while creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
• Perform both server and bartender duties based on operational needs and staffing requirements.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of food menus, cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and daily specials.
• Prepare classic and craft cocktails accurately and consistently according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Guide guests through food and beverage offerings, making thoughtful recommendations and upselling premium selections.
• Take guest orders accurately and enter them into the POS system in a timely manner.
• Deliver food and beverages according to presentation, timing, and service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain bar setup, mise en place, garnishes, glassware, tools, and inventory throughout service.
• Execute service efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining composure, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Follow proper cash handling, payment processing, and check-closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, polished workstation, including opening and closing duties.
• Support service-bar production and assist team members to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service, food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings, menu rollouts, training sessions, tastings, and ongoing development opportunities.
