This role emphasizes crafting high-quality beverages while building warm relationships with residents and guests, contributing to a vibrant community lifestyle.

This is a non-tipped, full-time position requiring flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid alcohol service certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience bartending in upscale settings preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including classic cocktails and signature drinks.
• Engage with residents in a friendly, respectful manner.
• Develop seasonal drink menus aligned with events and preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.
• Collaborate with dining and events teams for community functions.
• Manage inventory and assist with ordering as needed.
• Uphold high standards of presentation and hospitality.
• Clear tableware and glassware after service.
• Prepare garnishes and snack trays.
• Maintain resident and guest charge records.
• Assist in inventory of supplies with Dining Services leadership.
• Attend training and education sessions as assigned.
