Cogir USA is seeking a skilled Bartender/Mixologist and Server to join our Dining team at an upscale senior living community in Virginia. You will craft quality beverages, engage warmly with residents, and support a vibrant community lifestyle while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience bartending in upscale hospitality settings.
• Knowledge of mixology techniques and cocktail recipes.
• Wine, beer and spirits knowledge and trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with older adults.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including signature drinks.
• Engage with residents in a friendly, respectful manner.
• Develop seasonal menus aligned with events and resident preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area per health regulations.
• Monitor alcohol service for responsibility and safety.
• Collaborate with dining/events teams for community functions.
• Manage inventory and assist with ordering.
• Uphold high standards of presentation and hospitality.
• Clear tableware and bar items after service.
• Prepare garnishes and snack trays for bar use.
• Record resident/guest charges accurately.
• Assist Dining Services leadership with inventory.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions.
