Mega Saver is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an upscale guest experience, operate registers, stock shelves, and keep the store looking its best. You will engage customers with friendly greetings, promote the loyalty card and app, and participate in upselling to maximize daily sales.

You will handle payments, follow legal guidelines for restricted sales, and help maintain a clean, organized shopping environment. A team-oriented, flexible mindset is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide an upscale experience for every customer, using welcoming language.
• Promote Mega Saver’s Loyalty Card and App.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle multiple forms of payment (cash, credit/debit).
• Follow guidelines for restricted sales (alcohol, tobacco, lottery).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and facilities.
• Assist with inventory by stocking shelves and replenishment.
• Team-focused attitude with cross training.
