Mega Saver is seeking a Sales Associate to create an upscale guest experience, operate the register, stock shelves, and keep the store inviting. You will play a key role in delivering a friendly environment customers rely on daily.

Responsibilities include promoting the Loyalty Card and App, upselling promotions, handling payments, and maintaining a clean, organized store. Physical tasks and teamwork are essential to success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide an upscale experience for every customer, by using engaging language like “Welcome to Mega Saver” and “Absolutely”.
• Actively promote Mega Saver’s Loyalty Card and App to every customer.
• Engage and promote ongoing promotions to maximize sales opportunities by upselling and cross selling.
• Accurately handle multiple forms of payment including cash, credit/debit, and other accepted tenders.
• Follow all guidelines related to restricted sales (alcohol, tobacco, lottery) in accordance with state and federal law.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, checkout area, outside lot, trash, and restrooms.
• Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and managing product replenishment.
• Team-focused attitude with a willingness to cross train.
