Responsibilities

• Delivers prompt, efficient and courteous service of food and beverages.
• Takes and fills all food and drink orders and maintains dining area.
• Pre-busing of tables and keeping them clean and organized.
• Ensures health and safety regulations are followed.
• Assists other restaurant personnel with opening/closing duties as needed.
• Keeps knowledge current on food, wine and spirits to enhance guest experience.
