Neiman Marcus is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver warm, professional service in a luxury environment. You will explain menu items with culinary terms, guide guests through wine and spirits selections, and maintain impeccable hygiene and workstation organization.

The role requires standing, lifting, and a flexible schedule including evenings and holidays. From dining room responsibilities to accurate payment handling, you will contribute to the Saks Global experience and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in serving food & beverage and following table service guidelines.
• Ability to work autonomously and remain motivated.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of service sequence and table setting placements.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serves assigned seating section in a professional, gracious manner.
• Provides detailed information on menu items and culinary terms.
• Leverages knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits.
• Handles multiple duties during service and participates in pre-shift meetings.
• Maintains hygiene standards and cleans/organizes workstation.
• Follows POS procedures and handles transactions accurately.
