Job summary

The Global Ambassador in Phoenix, AZ is seeking friendly servers to join a premier hospitality team. You will welcome guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with a focus on attentive service in a high-energy setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of volume restaurant serving experience
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace
• Great personality, desire to serve guests, and enjoy teamwork
• Stand for long periods (up to 8 hours)
• Lift and maneuver trays weighing up to 25 pounds
• Maintain neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per standards
• Available to work holidays and weekends

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders
• Enter orders in the POS system and relay to kitchen/bar
• Deliver food and drinks promptly
• Follow alcohol service laws and maintain station cleanliness
• Check table settings, service areas, and restock supplies
• Ensure guests are satisfied and respond to requests promptly
• Process payments and handle checks
• Support fellow servers to ensure smooth operation
