Loews Atlanta Hotel seeks a Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional table service, anticipate guest needs, and create a welcoming dining experience. You will contribute to the restaurant atmosphere, guest satisfaction, and overall success by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving meals with care.

You will maintain menu knowledge, assist with special requests, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, high-quality service throughout peak hours and events.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40-50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations.
• Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar.
• Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked.
• Support team members to ensure timely and coordinated service.
