Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a part-time server to join our food and beverage teams at Kohler, WI. You will greet guests, take orders, upsell items, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction in a casual, friendly environment.

Responsibilities include handling payments, maintaining dining area, and assisting with beverage service where permitted. Onsite shifts span weekdays and weekends with hours from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Safe Serve Certification is required where applicable.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a server.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Inform guests about daily specials and menu changes.
• Upsell food and beverages using proper techniques.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system.
• Greet guests and present menus when applicable.
• Process payment transactions promptly and correctly.
• Maintain table settings and cleanliness as needed.
• Assist with stocking and coordinating with staff for smooth service.
• Answer questions and provide guest assistance as needed.
• Observe guest satisfaction and respond to requests quickly.
• Prepare and serve mixed drinks to guests of legal age where required.
