Job summary

110 Grill Corporation is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of our upscale casual dining location in Lebanon, NH. You will lead front-of-house and support staff, ensure exceptional guest service, and drive financial performance.

You'll recruit, train, coach, and develop your team, uphold health and safety standards, and foster a positive, professional work environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop front-of-house and support staff.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train employees.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and corrective action.
• Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain the highest standards of guest service and hospitality.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations are followed.
• Coordinate with kitchen and management teams for efficiency.
• Manage labor costs through scheduling and staffing.
• Review and control operating expenses and assist budgeting.
