Job summary

Hotel Daphne in Houston is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead our on-site F&B team, overseeing day-to-day operations and the execution of special events. You will report to the General Manager and collaborate closely with the hotel operations team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years of upscale restaurant management, and a deep understanding of food & beverage standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership in an upscale restaurant with 5+ years managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage and service standards.
• Experience in menu engineering and cost evaluation.
• Experience with payroll/tips handling and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead front and back of house F&B operations.
• Develop high service, presentation and cleanliness standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and performance review staff.
• Manage payroll, forecasts, inventory and budget for F&B operations.
• Coordinate F&B with other hotel departments for guest service.
• Resolve customer complaints to maintain satisfaction.
