Job summary

Omni Hotels in Oklahoma City is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver a five-star welcome and departure experience. You will assist guests with resort information and local area highlights, while promoting our upscale amenities and services throughout their stay.

You will settle guest accounts at checkout, resolve issues, and collaborate with Concierge, Bell/Door, and Ideal Services teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Excellent communication and hospitality experience are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication with guests and colleagues.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine cashiering duties.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs according to standards.
• Listen to guest inquiries and respond appropriately.
• Set up guest accounts with accurate room and payment details.
• Block rooms and manage room changes as needed.
• Pre-register guests and prepare key packets.
• Communicate guest needs to relevant departments.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and room security.
• Generate and distribute daily/weekly reports.
