Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with warmth and professionalism.
• Guide guests through the menu with detailed knowledge of dishes, beverages, and specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks timely and attentively.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to guest needs.
• Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff and other servers to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections.
