Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, upscale dining (1+ year preferred).
• Ability to discuss dishes and beverages with confidence.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, with a sense of urgency.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with warmth and professionalism.
• Guide guests through the menu with knowledge of dishes, beverages, and specials.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system efficiently.
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely, attentive manner.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to guest needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections.
• Handle payments accurately and process checks using the POS system.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Uphold the standards of service and hospitality expected in a fine dining environment.
