Husk in downtown Charleston, SC, is seeking a confident Patio/Bar Server to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced, upscale setting. You’ll greet guests, explain menu pairings, take orders, and ensure timely delivery while upholding Southern hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, upscale dining (1+ year preferred).
• Ability to discuss food, wine, spirits, and cocktails knowledgeably.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and works with a sense of urgency.
• Polished, professional communicator.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with warmth and professionalism
• Guide guests through the menu with detailed knowledge of dishes, beverages, and specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system efficiently
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely, attentive manner
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest needs and concerns
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and service areas
• Handle payments accurately and process checks using the POS system
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Uphold the standards of service and hospitality expected in a fine dining environment
