Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience cooking in an upscale casual dining environment.
• 1 year experience as an oyster shucker at a high volume oyster bar.

Responsibilities

• Shuck oysters and ensure that the oysters and other products served meet the quality standards of the restaurant.
• Promote positive guest relations.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Use correct tools to prepare all items in accordance with recipes, plate presentation and specifications.
• Set up equipment, verification of stock, managing food orders.
