Responsibilities

The Oyster Shucker will ensure that the oysters and other products served meet the quality standards of the restaurant, promote positive guest relations, and maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience cooking in an upscale casual dining environment
• 1 year experience as an oyster shucker at a high volume oyster bar
• Knife skills, range of cooking methods

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
