Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required, with preference for upscale, resort or high-volume settings.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation.
• Professional presence with an outgoing, hospitable personality.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, beer, and wine with consistency and precision.
• Provide attentive, polished service to resort guests and local patrons.
• Engage guests with menu knowledge and thoughtful recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Support service in restaurant, lounge, banquet, and pool outlets as needed.
• Uphold King and Prince and Northview service standards.
