• De-escalate conflicts professionally and remove disruptive individuals when needed.
• Patrol key areas and observe for misconduct or unlawful activity.
• Coordinate with VIP Hosts and staff to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Monitor security systems and entry points.
• Control entrance and departure of employees, vendors, and guests per Hampton House protocols.
• Provide accurate incident and activity reports to management.
• Communicate with the team via radios and devices.
• Respond to emergencies, administering first aid or CPR until help arrives.
