Job summary

Parker Hospitality in Dallas seeks a luxury hospitality server for Hampton House. The role centers on delivering elevated service in a fast-paced, nightlife setting, serving VIPs and private guests with discretion and poise.

You will upsell premium bottle packages, collaborate with bar and VIP teams, and maintain expert knowledge of wines, spirits, champagne, and cocktails while complying with TABC rules and late-night schedules.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of luxury hospitality or fine dining experience.
• Ability to serve VIPs with polish and discretion.
• Knowledge of top-shelf spirits, wine, champagne service, and high-end cocktails.
• TABC and Food Handler Certifications or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level service with precision, speed, and composure.
• Present and upsell premium bottle packages, wine lists, and curated spirit selections.
• Execute flawless table-side presentation with bar and VIP teams.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, wines, top-shelf spirits and cocktails.
• Own your section: clean, reset, stocked, and on-brand at all times.
• Demonstrate responsible alcohol service aligned with TABC and venue policy.
